De este modo obtendr\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el papel que juegan las bacterias l\u00e1cticas, levaduras, enterobacterias, <em>Clostridium<\/em>, etc., en este vegetal fermentado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">Podr\u00e1s conocer las \u00faltimas investigaciones y avances que se est\u00e1n realizando en la microbiolog\u00eda de la aceituna de mesa como el estudio de los biofilms, b\u00fasqueda de microorganismos funcionales, inoculaci\u00f3n de pat\u00f3genos, descubrimiento de nuevas especies, etc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1s disfrutar de una entrevista realizada al Dr. Francisco No\u00e9 Arroyo L\u00f3pez, investigador del Instituto de la Grasa que nos hablar\u00e1 sobre las investigaciones m\u00e1s recientes en el \u00e1mbito de la microbiolog\u00eda de la aceituna de mesa.
