Adem\u00e1s, se adjuntan videos tutoriales explicativos de las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s frecuentes realizadas en las industrias de aceitunas de mesa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\">Tambi\u00e9n se aporta una entrevista realizada al Dr. Francisco Rodr\u00edguez G\u00f3mez, t\u00e9cnico especialista del Instituto de la Grasa con una dilatada experiencia en las diversas t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas aplicadas con las aceitunas de mesa, que nos hablar\u00e1 de la importancia de estas determinaciones durante el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n.
