2.5. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If, after submitting an accessible information request or complaint, it has been dismissed, if there is disagreement with the decision made, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated if the period of twenty working days has elapsed without receiving a response.

The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through the other options provided in Law 39/2015, of October 1,
on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
